*whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, information supplied to us will be used for contacting you( marketing purposes, follow up, transactional messages)
*if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to us.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please contact us.If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Refund policy
You can use any of our service with confidence because here we do not implement the “all sale made are final and not refundable” policy when dealing with clients. If you buy a product or services you received from us does not work example: Our software products, we will send a new licence key  as a replacement. If replacement does not solve the issue then you can demand for a refund. A replacement is the first point of call before a refund . Also for a training service: Full refund is available within 24hrs of payment if you indicate displeasure or dissatisfaction.

 

For our web development solutions and mobile app services, refund is only feasible when project was not done or not delivered after a grace period of 90 days

 

Delay in provision of content and feedback can also cause a delay in deployment, a period of 90 days applies for all of the above after which if project is not completed due to a fault not of the client then client can formally request for a refund after reconciliation of project done and in some cases if no work done, 100% refund aside service fee.

 

Also:

After 24hrs you will have to make a replacement of product or change of training/service solution as the case may be.
N.B: Do notify us within 24-48hrs if you will need a refund or an opt out for any product and 7 Days for  services/solutions as refunds are not deemed valid after substantial progress of the projects have been deployed even if not used.

 

Late Payment of Invoice

 

If any web design, development, application deployment, security integration, software sales fee payment, other charge, or expense payable under consideration- invoiced for  is not paid by client within 10 days- Max 90 days after its due date or start date, it shall be subject to a late payment penalty of 10% of the unpaid amount due for each month or fraction thereof, or such lesser amount as may be the maximum amount permitted by law, until paid.

By Proceeding With Any Order/Purchase, It Means Your Have Read and Agree To Our Terms Of Service.

• We respect the privacy of our clients and will not share your information with anybody.

• All transactions are concluded within 24hours to 3 working days or as stated in invoice and a grace period of 90 days for both parties for project completion. If there is any delay, we will compensate you accordingly.

 

• You must be at least 18years of age to use any of our services.

• We reserve the right to amend these terms as we deem fit without any prior notice or consultation from anybody.

• We will keep records of all transactions and we will make them available to relevant authorities when necessary.

• By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms as stated here.
