Steps:
Open Your Favorite Internet Browser. Go to any of the above listed sites to search for default password of a device.
For example go to https://cirt.net/

Click on Default Password DB.

Now Select or Enter The Device Manufacturer.

Online Tool For Default Password.

Once you select the manufacturer, It will display all available passwords on all devices by the manufacturer.
